Fruit Pickers

    International Relief Network is seeking hardworking and reliable Fruit Pickers to join agricultural farms across Australia. With 223 available positions, this role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are physically fit and eager to work outdoors in a team environment. Fruit pickers will be responsible for harvesting, sorting, and packing fruits while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

  • Job Responsibility

    • Hand-pick, harvest, and sort fruits according to size, ripeness, and quality standards.
    • Operate simple farm tools and equipment safely.
    • Pack harvested fruits into crates, boxes, or containers for distribution.
    • Ensure fruits are handled carefully to avoid bruising or damage.
    • Maintain cleanliness in the working area and follow farm hygiene standards.
    • Follow supervisors’ instructions and work schedules to meet daily targets.
    • Comply with safety regulations and use protective gear when required.
    • Assist in other farm-related tasks as directed by management.

  • Educational Requirement

    • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Basic knowledge of farm or agricultural work is an added advantage.

  • Experience Requirement

    • Previous experience in fruit picking, farming, or general labor is desirable but not required.
    • Training will be provided for applicants with no prior experience.

  • Additional Requirement

    • Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
    • Able to work long hours standing, bending, or lifting crates.
    • Basic English communication skills preferred.
    • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
    • Must be disciplined, punctual, and reliable.

    • IELTS Certification is a must.

  • Others Benefits

    Compensation & Other Benefits
    • Earning: 2300 USD Monthly, paid on a weekly basis.(paid in 4 bits)
    • Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.
    • Accommodation may be provided or arranged by the employer at a subsidized cost.
    • Work visa sponsorship available for qualified international applicants.
    • Overtime pay and seasonal contract extensions may be offered.
